By creating an account or using TradeDelight, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

TradeDelight is a trading journal and analytics tool. It is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

3. Accounts & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeDelight is not liable for any trading losses or damages arising from your use of the product.
